Women Transforming Media Award

The Women Transforming Media Award was launched in 2016 to honor individual women and organizations who are transforming the media landscape and the world. 

Vital Voices Global Partnership was the honoree of the 2017 Women Transforming Media Award. Established in 1997, Vital Voices has been unleashing women's leadership globally for over two decades. The award was accepted by Vital Voices CEO/President and Co-Founder Alyse nelson.

Eva Haller was the honoree of the inaugural Women Transforming Media Award in 2016. Eva is a  Holocaust survivor, philanthropist and mentor, who was a Glasgow Caledonia University Magnusson Fellow, and recipient of the Forbes Women's Summit Mentoring Award and Ban Ki Moon AI Mentorship Award.
