My name isChristian Anthony Lebbie, student of iEARN Albert Academy Club. My hero is His Excellency the President, Ahmad Tejan Kabbah, President of the Republic of Sierra Leone. My reason is because in 1996 when he first came to power he promised to finish the war in this country. After going through a series of problems, disasters and catastrophes, he finally finished the war in this country and today in Sierra Leone after ten years of blood and civil war, we can now talk about peace. People can now travel throughout the country, at night and everytime.

I admire His Excellency the President, Ahmad Tejan Kabbah most because he¹s a patient leader. He is not aggressive, he¹s not arrogant in any way. He listens to peoples¹ voices. Again, he is always ready to answer peoples¹ questions. As far as I am concerned, he has done very well. This is the kind of leader any country would dream of having because he always fulfills his promises, His Excellency the President, Ahmad Tejan Kabbah.

All of the tings that have happened in the country in the past have just been on development, but talk about Sierra Leone today -- after a bloody civil war, ten years of a lack of education, political and social instability, and lack of social facilities, we can now talk about free education in this country. This is the first time something like this has happened in this country.
