I am Abdulai Jalloh , a student of the Albert Academy Secondary School. I am
in
SS1 Science One and also a member of iEARN Sierra Leone. My hero is Mr.
Nelson Mandela, former president of South Africa. I choose him as a
hero
because he has done great things for for South Africa in particular and
Africa as a whole. Nelson Mandela has set us free from the bad rulings
of
the white people, especially during the apartheid regime. When the
woodsmen were tyrannizing the blacks when they were taking us as
non-human
beings, when they were taking us as slaves, I think Mr. Mandela
deserves
to be a hero of us all, not me alone.
