David Beckham

David Beckham was born on May 2nd., 1975 in Leytonstone (England). His passion is soccer. Up until two years ago he played for Manchester United. He inherited his father's passion for the Manchester United soccer club and ultimately signed with them.

Now, David Beckham plays in Real Madrid. His specialty is the long distance shot because he has excellent legs for this type of shot. He's very good at centering the ball with the corner kick and in stopping and controlling other players' passes.

Because of his marriage to former "Spice Girl," Victoria, Beckham's nickname is "Spice Boy". He is my hero because he is the best soccer player in the world!
