My hero is Terry Fox because he raised money for cancer research. Terry is a good runner, he ran across Canada in the years before he died in hopes to raise money and awareness of cancer all over the world. Terry was a cancer patient himself who had to have a leg amputated on at a young age. Terry continues to live on in the lives of others who continue to run the race for him and other cancer patients all over the world.
