Terry Fox is my hero for many reasons. He would not give up, he raised money for cancer, and he cared about others.

He showed empathy, and he ran part of the way across Canada to raise money for cancer. He would not give up his goals or achievements until he became too sick to run.

Terry showed resilience because he would not to run across Canada but he did not make it. Terry showed perseverance he did not stop running for a long time if it was snowy he would not give up. He would not give up his goals. No matter what, Terry would not stop trying to reach his goals.

He was a really wonderful person, that’s why Terry Fox is my hero.
