Marje Fischer

My hero is Marje Fischer, my grandma. She is my hero because she named me after her brother, who has died. My grandma and grandpa took my dad and 2 uncles snowmobiling a lot, like my Dad and Mom takes me and my brother snowmobiling.

My grandma's family is made up of 3 children, 3 grandchildren, a husband, 2 older brothers, and parents. All 3 children are boys, and all three grandchildren are boys too! Everybody rode a snowmobile on my dad’s and Mom's side.

Some accomplishments are, she’s been married 53 years so far. She also graduated from High School in 1954.

Some challenges are, her brothers died. My dog Bonnie died, she was a cocker spaniel. My grandma liked her a lot. Her mother and father died. Her husband had a mild heart attack. Her husband went into the draft.

Born on January 23rd. Her brother died at the end of March, 1996 a year before I was born. She started snowmobiling in Michigan, 1978. She started snowmobiling at Indian Lake, 1972 or 1973.

She is important to me because she named me and she is my grandma.
