Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan was a hero by helping other people around town with basketball and saving people`s lives by donating money he earned at the basketball championship and helping orphans get adopted by convincing parents you should get this kid. He was born on February 17, 1963 In new York city. In high school he didn`t make the basketball team, but in his junior year he did, he played as a senior there. In 1982 Michael was named Sporting News' player of The year for the second year in a row. Michael indeed decided to leave college after his junior year. In 1985 Jordan completed his first season with the bulls as the NBA`s rookie of the year. He played in his first all-star game. In 1987 Jordan scored 3,401 points, higher then any basketball player that year. Also he was the third highest in NBA history. In 1988 Michael was named NBA`s most valuable and best defensive player of the year. He was named to the all-NBA first team and all defensive team, a double honor repeated the following year. Jordan won a second consecutive slam-dunk championship. On January 26th , Jordan surpassed former Bull Bob Love`s record for total number of points , 12,623 during a game against Philadelphia.

Michael scored 31 points that night. March 28th in a victory for the bulls over Cleveland, Michael scored 69 points and made 18 rebounds. In 2001 Michael resumed his basketball career and starts playing for the Washington wizards.
