My hero is Derek Jeter. The things I look for in a hero is someone who is loyal, caring, and never gives up. There are many reasons Derek Jeter is my hero, but the three main reasons are that he always tries his best, is loyal to his team and he's caring. Derek Jeter is caring by trying to be at every game. Derek Jeter cares about his team and baseball.

Derek Jeter is my hero for being on the team and always being there for the team when they need him the most. When they are playing a hard team like the Boston Red Sox, he is there playing the game. He plays for the Yankees to earn money so he and his family (mom and dad) can have a great life. He cares for his family and the team.

Derek Jeter is also my hero because he is loyal to his team. Whatever his coach wants him to do he will do it. He accepts every position he is given and does not argue with his coach. This is another reason he is my hero.

Derek Jeter always tries his best. No matter what team he is playing against. Even when they are losing Derek Jeter never gives up. There have been hard times when Derek wasn’t feeling well, but Derek went into the game even though he was sick, and he played. Those are all reasons Derek Jeter is my hero. The reasons are that Derek Jeter is loyal to the team in many ways. He also tries his best because he never gives no matter how hard the game is. He does this job to help his family (mom and dad) have a happy and healthy life. Jeter plays for The New York Yankees baseball team. Derek Jeter was born on June 26, 1974 in Pequannock Township, New Jersey. Derek Jeter started his career with the Yankees on May 29, 1995. That is some of the history of Derek Jeter.
