In this provocative short film, Fernando Suarez, who lost his son Jesus only seven days after he was shipped to Iraq, walks from Tijuana to San Francisco for peace in the Middle East. He joins thousands of Mexicans and Mexican-Americans who raise political questions not only about the war, but about U.S. citizenship being offered to those who lose their lives while serving in the United States military as well.
