Jean Pascal Yen Fong Tsin Sa Ah-Vi

My hero is my dad. His name is Jean Pascal Yen Fong Tsin Sa Ah-Vi. He was born August 5th and he was raised in Mauritius. Mauritius is an island in the Indian ocean. He has a brother and one sister. His mom's name is Cecile. He went to university in Montreal and there he met my mom! He married my mom. Then my mom got babies. First my sister was born, next my brother and finally me.

My dad studied engineering and now he is an engineer and the director of a supermarket in Mauritius. He travels everywhere around the world to find materials for his supermarket. Sometimes he is really tired but he likes travelling because he likes getting new ideas for his supermarket. Each day he works from 9:00am to 5:00pm. It's 8 hours of work and 1 hour break to eat and rest.

My dad's favourite things to do are to travel to different countries and to discover new cuisines. He likes reading books and magazines. His favourite food is Chinese food and his favourite sport is soccer.

He is my hero because he works really hard for my family to get money to buy food, clothes and other things. He is a very good dad. Sometimes he helps me with my homework. He is really caring. He cares about my family because he has to travel 19 hours and has to stay 24 hours in the airport from Mauritius to Canada,to spend more time with us because he always works hard. He is a very hard worker.

I will always love my dad because he cares about my family and he works really hard for my family!
