An Example of Courage

Igor Solnechnikov is my hero, my role model. He  made a difficult decision and covered a badly thrown grenade with his chest. It was a good deed. His date of death is the 28th of March in 2012. He saved about ten people.

(The name "Solnechnikov" reminds me of the sun)

He was a very good person.

Major Solnechnikovu was awarded the title of Hero of Russia. He was born in Volgograd.

He is worthy of this award. His heroic deed is an example for children. He had many good qualities. He was brave and selfless and he thought about other people's lives before his own. His surname  reminds me of the sun.

I am sorry that he died. I think there should be more people like him in the world.
