Irina Belotelkina was born in Elisavetgrad in 1913. She was a famous artist and designer. We know her as Irina Roublon. She lost her parents so early and stayed alone. She went to the USA in 1928. She graduated Design School in New York.
She created dresses for women. Some of her works are stored in the Museum of Art in San Francisco. She was "Coco Chanel of North Coast".
I think that she was very creative woman with a kind heart.
