Henry Lu

“Ok, stop. Turn right and do the movement again,” said Henry Lu, who is the youngest advanced figure skating coach in Taiwan.

Henry is my elder brother who studies at Taipei Physical Education College. He loves to study Nursing and English. Besides, he got the highest score on the first exam in college. Many professors and teachers like him because he does his assignments perfectly and explains the contents clearly.

After he finishes his school day, he goes to the ice-skating rink to train his students who will enter a figure skating contest or who want to do the movements better. He treats his students not only nicely, but strictly. In fact, he has high expectations for his students. In 2006, one of his students, Zhen An Li, won the championship in the fourth level of ISI World Champions in America.

When he comes home, he studies his schoolwork. He also makes music and thinks over the figure skating movements for his students. Besides, he always does his best to do all his jobs no matter how tired he is. He enjoys doing his jobs. At the same time, he advises me to find a job I will enjoy so I will not feel bored or complain when I work, and I will be excited about doing it.

My brother always leads me to a bright way and helps me find my hobbies. He also gives me anything I need. I respect Henry very much because he is always there for me when I have some troubles. Moreover, he hopes that I’ll choose him as a role model and live a successful life.
