MAHATMA GANDHI

My hero is Mohandas K. Gandhi. He was born on October 2, 1869 in India. He lived in India.

He helped bring attention to the mistreatment of colored people in South African and he helped liberate his own country of India from British rule. He was a free and spiritual person, a leader of India. He promulgated the independence of India. He was named FATHER OF THE NATIONS. Gandhi worked on his ideas of peaceful civil disobedience in the Indian community´s struggle for civil rights in South Africa.

I chose Gandhi because he promulgated the liberty and he helped other people. He is an inspiration of bravery, peace and love. I want to be like him.
