I think we need a protector of the environment. A Green Fairy could be the Protector of Environment. If she existed the world would be clean, unpolluted and the ozone layer wouldn't be so thin.
Every time when she sees smoke or dust on the ground or in the water she cleans and saves the nature.
Her special, magic tools are: an anti-smoke spray, a vacuum-cleaner that vacuums all the garbage, a ring that makes the plants stronger and she looks after them.
These are the reasons why I think that the world needs a hero like this.
