Dallin Brent McLeod was born December 26th in Newmarket Ontario in 1997. His mom's name is Sheila, dad's name is Sean and his doctor's name is Dr. Kopylenco. When he grows up he wants to be a video game tester or a video game designer. his interests are playing with action figures, karate, dancing and funky monkeys!!! He goes to school in Cookstown and he went to school in Bradford at W.H. Day.

Dallin had cancer when he was 2 years old. The kind of cancer he had was leukemia. He had a kind of cancer called leukemia. Dallin has two heroes. His heroes are Cujo. Cujo is a hockey player and donates his time to the hospital. He also helps out in the hospital. Dallin's other hero is his mom because she is a special person when he had had cancer she was helpful to him and brave and taught him how to be courageous. Dallin's inspiration is the Rock. The Rock is a wrestler and a movie star.

When Dallin was seven and eight he helped our class with people in Sierra Leone. The people that he helped us within Sierra Leone were Andrew and Sidibay. We are helping Sidibay because he lost his family in war. He wants to cure cancer because he thinks that he didn't deserve. He is also trying to raise money for cancer. When he grows up he wants to make and test video games to also raise money for cancer.

Dallin has lots of character traits like empathy because he always knows when people are sad and he is always in other peoples shoes. Another character trait he has is honesty because when he does something wrong he admits it was him. He also is caring because when people are sad he helps them and cheers them up. He is courageous because he had cancer when he was 2 years old and he was brave to fight cancer. He is responsible because he takes care of other people's things and his things. Dallin is respectful because he is always nice to his friends and is never mad.

When Dallin's treatments were almost all done he went to school in Cookstown. Dallin does not like talking about having cancer because it was very sad and he was only two years old. He is very proud because he has cured cancer in his body and he is proud he is still alive.

I have always thought Dallin was my hero because think how brave and courageous he had to be. I think it brought back some scary memories. I am proud he is still alive!
