John Felix Anthony Cena

by Jacob from Innisfil, Ontario, Canada

Everybody deserves respect, no matter who they are or what they have done.

John Cena was Born on April 23rd, 1977 in West Newbury, Massachusetts. His family members are John Cena Sr.(father), Carol(mother), and his brothers Steve, Dan, Mat, and Boog. The college he went to was Springfield College. He was on the football team as an offensive lineman. Growing up, his main interest was watching WWF (World Wrestling Federation).

Hulk Hogan was John Cena's main influence in his life. Hulk Hogan was also influential to a bunch of kids because of his clean wrestling style, not doing drugs, and loving the fans. These are the reasons why he was John Cena's main influence. John Cena took what Hulk Hogan did and he did the same things.

When John Cena was little he got beaten up a lot because of the way he dressed and the things he said. This made him ask his parents for weights. At first they said no but eventually they bought them for him. Every day after school he would go down stairs and workout.

What John Cena did that I think is important is he granted 100 wishes to the "Make a Wish Foundation." That is a lot of work because for every wish he has to take a kid and do whatever they want. The Make A Wish Foundation grants wishes to kids who are really sick or disabled. On top of that he works about 300 days every year for the WWE (world wrestling entertainment).

John Felix Anthony Cena is a hero to me because he granted 100 wishes to the make a wish foundation, he is a great influence on kids and he is a great wrestler. John is a very kind person and he expresses it by giving the fans his shirt and hat before every match. He also respects everyone on the planet.
