Working
together as a team, educators and parents using this
program can help students realize that heroes come
from all walks of life and from all corners of the
world. The MY HERO
program is designed to help children understand the
various ways one can make a contribution to society
and in the process realize their own potential to
make a difference in the world. Teachers, parents
and children are all invited to contribute
their hero stories to this award-winning, educational
project.
For
over seven years, students of all ages have shared
their stories on this ever growing Internet archive;
bringing hope and knowledge to a global online community.
