A hero if I have ever seen one and a leader by example
I salute you Mr. Mandela through my artistry. I was inspired to do this piece when Mr. Mandela was released from prison. I create very large images and I just wanted to capture the years of patience and mental anguish that had to have attached themselves to the character of this man. All that was happening to him, and all that the country was going through under the old regime, well, it's written all over his face and I wanted to capture that. I would love for him to see this piece. It is 4' X 4' in dimensions and framed in solid black oak.
