Otherwise please print out the PDF entry form and mail in your film burned to a DVD as a full resolution QuickTime file. Please note that if your film is selected as a finalist in our festival we will then need a full resolution QuickTime file to be sent in the mail.

Films must be less than 10 minutes in length and all work must be original and appropriate for children of all ages.

Remember: To enter the MY HERO Short Film Festival you must include all neccessary Release Forms. If you or one of your actors is a minor, a Parental Consent Form is required.
