After spending my childhood watching his programs on the TV I vowed that I would become a diver.  I did exactly that and it's the influence of Jacques Cousteau that has shown me another world.  He will never be forgotten.

WHAT IS A CALYPSO?

The Calypso was a ship which Jacques Cousteau transformed into an oceanographic vessel to show the world the continental shelf.

Thank you for recomending this book, Ive read it and it was a very informative book; it helped me get information for my term report. I've always thought of Jacques Cousteau as a rolemodel and wanted to follow in his footsteps, this book is allowing me to do so. Thanks again.
