Peyton was born March 29, 1976 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Peyton grew up in a football family in New Orleans with his two brothers. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and played for the Tennessee Volunteers for four years as the star quarterback. He won the Sullivan Award.
He won the 2007 super bowl with the Indianapolis Colts and the MVP and was awarded a car. He was one of 15 scholar athletes by the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame. Peyton Manning has thrown more than four thousand completed passes. Peyton lives near Chattanooga, TN and he gives back to the community.
Peyton demonstrates the characteristics of a hero by inspiring people to never give up. He is a caring and honest person who gives back to the community. He inspires us to be like him.
