My hero is Mother Teresa for many reasons. She persevered, she was caring and she inspired people.

She persevered through many tough times. She got sick from tuberculosis and survived. She didn’t give up when she was helping the sick.

Mother Teresa was a caring person. She helped the sick, the poor and the dying. She risked her life for sick people. She cared about other people’s needs before her own.

She talked to leaders around the world to tell them to help the sick and the poor and the dying. She won the Nobel Peace prize in 1979 and she received the U. S. Congressional Medal of Honour at the age of 86.

These are all the reasons why Mother Teresa is my hero.
