Georgy Langemak studied in Elisavetgrad in 1907-1916 in my school. In that time my school was Men's Gymnasium. He entered to the Faculty of Philologythe of Petrograd University in 1916. But World War I changed his life and he became a military.
He was the inventor of the rocket launcher. We know it as "Katyusha". His fate was tragic. He was persecuted in 1937 and was shot as the people's enemy.
I think that he was very gifted man, who worked for his nation.
