USC Cinema Student Mark Manalo wins First Place in the College Narrative category with his film, No Child Left Deprived. This film creatively makes a case for Arts Education and the damage that comes from only teaching for standardized tests. Mark's film entertains the audience with great acting, beautiful music and a well-written script.
