A Hero is someone who shows bravery and courage. He needs determination to benefit Humanity. A hero is someone who works hard even though he does not need to. That is what a hero is to me.

Thierry Henry was born in a suburb of Paris, France. He plays on my favorite team, Arsenal, in North London. He lives in London, England. He started playing soccer for Monaco. Arsene Wenger saw his potential and signed him. He was playing wide midfielder. Wenger thought to put him in a striker position. He still plays for Arsenal today.

Thierry Henry also does a lot to prevent racism in soccer matches around the world. Henry wears black and white livestrong bands together to show blacks and whites can live together. He also holds soccer camps in Europe around the world.

Thierry Henry shows great bravery. He benefits humanity and fights racism. That is why Thierry Henry is a great hero and a great role model.
