Martin Luther King, Jr. is important to history. Martin Luther King made speeches to stop racism. He died in 1968 when Earl Ray got caught and send to jail for killing Martin Luther King Jr.

Martin Luther King had some kids. He was motivated by Mahatma Gandhi and his speeches. He was also motivated to stop racism so boys and girls could play with each other.

He boycotted the Montgomery Bus System. He said his “I Have a Dream Speech”. He marched to stop racism.
